"The Red" come again!

Diligent cleaning face: already. No hand-holding face: already. Drink lots of water: already. All it has done for preventing the emergence of pimples. But how's this annoying red spots always appear? AAARRGGGHHH ... sucks!

Frankly, although we are diligent to clean the face and body, we can still spotty, you know. Usually acne appears on the age of 12-13 years and peak at age 17-18 years. In fact, around 7% of acne it will stay until the age of 30-40 years. Acne will occur after the occurrence of chronic inflammation in pilosebasea glands, glands in the skin that produce oil or sebum.

Excessive sebum production from sebaceous glands if not accompanied by spending a good will cause sebum accumulate, harden and cause blockage. Distribution of acne in line with the region containing the sebaceous glands, such as the face, chest, upper back and shoulders.

Pimples usually occur several days before you get a period or often called premenstrual acne. Drastic hormonal changes during this period influenced the production of sebum which becomes more sebum. But that does not mean you're so lazy to clean the face and body you know, because the net was compulsory!
